“Let us be grateful to the people who make us happy; they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom.”
― Marcel Proust
Welcome to Gratitude in Bloom!
We are excited to share with you the best articles from the Grateful4 publication, featuring inspiring quotes, personal reflections, questions to ponder, and the best articles as bite-size tips to help you cultivate your practice of gratitude.
Thank you for joining us on this journey towards appreciation of the beauty and abundance in your life.
Gratitude is much like a garden, it takes planting, cultivating, watering, pruning, and weeding. Then of course the gratefulness for the harvest itself, with the rituals of renewal, rest, and beginning again.
February was a month blessed with abundant growth for Grateful4. We were all following the advice of Sheamus Aaren with his affirmations. This article was a favorite of mine.
Another Favorite from Christina Piccoli
And this bit of joy from Kari Nieves with her Surprise visit.
Let’s see if we can do this again!
Hola Hola 👋
I’m LaLa, a mom, wife, employee, sister, & proud ✿Indie Maker✿.
During a very challenging time in life, turning my focus to gratitude became a necessary tool to keep me sane. It led to many more benefits than just calm or peace.
Providing the space to be mindful during trials gave me the moment to catch my breath, find myself, and led to glimpses of possibilities worth pursuing in the future. Some of those days, I didn’t even want a “now,” much less a future. Being Grateful got me through those days, & forward to this place, where I am very grateful to be around.
