When I saw this image, it reminded me of a song. It immediately started playing in my mind. It’s such an incredible part of the body, the mind. Holding memories, regulating breathing without even thinking about it, & keeps our sight focused on the path that forms our identity.
The image generator is having an identity crisis, I believe. The images are off a bit from the prompts, but it still does manage to make lovely images, just not exactly with key elements the prompt asks for. It’s a great way to play while creating a new issue of your newsletter.

with his newsletter
Probably my favorite regarding Substack is the abundance of finding quotes from authors expressing gratefulness so openly. It’s truly heartwarming!
Also came met another author focusing on Gratitude

From #Grateful4
There are so many new authors and articles on Grateful4. I’m especially enjoying articles from Jim Sutton & Donna Cowden. Both authors are so authentic and put so much of themselves into their writing. It’s been so rewarding to watch them develop their style on Medium that last year.

Gratitude on the WEB
At the end of this month, we start the class for hosting Gratitude Gatherings. I am excited to get started. You also can participate in becoming a host for Gratitude Gatherings. Get signed up for the free course to be a host. They also have a directory for gatherings. See if they have one in your locality.
You are always invited
Share your articles on #Grateful4 on Medium. Everyone has something they can be grateful for
This is the next book I will order. I’m going to do the gathering classes first to stay focused.
On Substack, drop your articles, posts, or notes on gratitude into the Chat. If you create gratitude journals, share a selective link in the chat for others to get started too.
If you were uplifted by any part of this newsletter, please share the love!
